Terms & Conditions

Prices in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT are applicable. Deviations from the terms are valid only if both parties have signed special agreements regulating this.
 

Ordering 

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when Beanit.se has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by Beanit.se. If the delivery time has to be changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no charge until the item is shipped. Beanit.se has ownership and readmission rights to all products until full payment has been made by the customer. To shop with us you must be 18 years old and Beanit.se must be able to determine the customer's residential address. 
 

Shipping

We offer freight via the shipping companies DHL and Postnord. We offer DHL Servicepoint at no extra cost for all shipments up to 20 kg in total weight. We offer Postnord MyCollect for an extra supplement of SEK 49 when ordering an order value below SEK 499. In addition, the service is free of charge up to 20 kg in total weight.
Both DHL Servicepoint Postnord MyCollect offers deliveries for collection from the customer's nearest representative. When the shipment has arrived at the chosen representative, the customer is notified via SMS. NOTE! For unpacked parcel from customer, SEK 350 is charged via Klarna to ensure that the shipment is sent in return to us.
 

Payment options / payment terms

Clear Checkout

We offer payment through the Klarna Checkout service, a service where direct payment with a bank account is combined with credit card and invoice payment.
The service requires identification of the payer using a social security number and the alternatives and terms offered in the service are individually customized.

Deliveries

Orders placed before 11am are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 1-3 days. For individual products, it can be 3-10 days for delivery. This is clearly stated on the respective product.

In cases where an item must be ordered from a supplier, the delivery time can be up to four weeks. We reserve the right to ensure that all stock items are sold out before we can update the website and we then inform the customers of the estimated delivery time. The customer is always entitled to cancel purchases at no cost unless the product is in stock.

Delay rights

In cases where Beanit.se cannot deliver within the specified delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel his order.
 

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods it is important that you check so that the goods are not damaged. If the item is damaged or incorrectly contact us as soon as possible via email info@beanit.se.
 

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

Under the Distance Agreements Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without any special reason. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer pays for the freight. The right of withdrawal on coffee and coffee beans only applies if the packaging is unbroken. If you have any questions about the right of withdrawal or complaint, you can contact us and we will answer your questions. We answer all email questions within 24 hours.
 

Recoveries

Refunds are made to your bank account or the way the customer proposes. The refund is made as soon as possible after we have received and approved your return. However, always within 30 days. 
 

Handling of personal data

Beanit.se never disseminates your personal information to third parties, but can use it to send advertisements about our products. However, you as a customer always have the right to refuse such mailings and deletions from our database if you wish.
 

"Force majeure"

In the event of wars, natural disasters, combat measures in the labor market, decisions by the authorities and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, should form the basis to release us from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
